Thank you, Jesse, for reminding us of the greater opportunity we have when we focus on what we all care about: customer success. I know corporate leaders sometimes scrutinize activities that appear to overlap, in an effort to eliminate waste. But for an endeavor as complex and critical as understanding the complexity of people, you’ve pointed out that there is no galactic collision that would result — only a better universe where maybe only the most volatile (political?) stars would collide and crash.
