It was interesting to read your text because I’ve not been aware the situation for the hearing impaired was so hard. Now and then, you get the impression some things are only done to make a nice impression, such as giving sign language the status of one of the official languages.

That makes it all the more important to have people who notice such injustices and help to do something against them, such as the people who set up the websites you mentioned.
