I definitely agree with how this can be seen as a corporate social media win even though the company had no intention behind it. The brand happened to be associated with these individuals and their stories, which helped leverage the company’s image. I find it interesting how content does not have to be entirely planned or canned, but can be a mix of both, which can lead businesses to have a successful market position.
