Very well written and the solutions are great.
Here is another, few discuss:
Maybe it is just my crazy mindset or being blessed with the influence of fabulous parents and teachers, through grammar school and college, but I was encouraged to be involved with life experiences that I LIKED, not necessarily those dictated by Social Norm.
Consequently, I have had the privilege of rising each day between 4:30 and 5:00 am naturally, never an alarm clock, because my excitement of the opportunity to conquer another day that provides so much enjoyment.
That was true in school and college. I decided to grow things when I left college and it was so easy to be out in the field before sunrise to be present at the beginning of another wonderful day.
Choosing to be a stay at home parent, accepting the responsibility of husbandry has also helped in that energy.
I have always chose my tasks simply and have been gratified with accomplishment at the end of each day.
My odd personality could be summed up as a person who Chose a definite major purpose of life to be AUTONOMOUS. Made that decision in 1960 along with Helping Others and that has energized a daily awakening with vigor and excitement.
I do have a cup of coffee occasionally, but after I have been productive at something.
