0.2% of CND for early forecasters
Dear Cindicator Friends,
We continue to fulfill our promises.
We will soon distribute approximately 4,000,000 CND tokens among our active early forecasters — 0.2% of our total token supply was allocated specifically for them. The tokens will be split between eligible forecasters proportionally to their total rating. Here is our system:
- Every forecaster that had at least 500 points (at overall) in the Cindicator app (points for traditional and crypto-asset questions are summed up) at 12 AM UTC, August 1, 2017. The number of such forecasters is 356.
- The amount of each forecaster’s award is defined by his/her general rating at the approximate moment the Token Sale was finished — 12 AM UTC, September 25, 2017. We summed up the ratings of all eligible forecasters and divided this by the number of tokens designated for the award, yielding the price for each point in the rating: 1.31 tokens for one point. Therefore, each eligible forecaster receives a number of tokens that is equal to the product of their points (all the points they have received since they started forecasting) and the price for one point.
You can see the forecasters and their awards on this spreadsheet. All the forecasters listed on this spreadsheet will soon receive instructions for claiming their award via email — the deadline for following the instructions is Nobember 19. We remind you that we can’t send the award to citizens or permanent residents of the US or Singapore. We also remind you that CND token is based on the ERC-20 token standard. You can interact with our token only through an ERC-20 compatible wallet.
Though this award is only designed for our early forecasters, we want to express our sincere gratitude to all our active analysts. We wouldn’t be here if it was not for your intelligence and effort! This is only the beginning — don’t lose your motivation if you were not on the winners spreadsheet. The most interesting developments are yet to come!
