Dear friends!

In this update, we want to share with you our thoughts on three topics: the geographic distribution of our token holders; our Bounty campaign; and the change in our official chat policies.

1. We continue to analyze the results of our Token Sale. We created two maps to display geographic information about our token holders.

People from more than 160 countries joined Cindicator as Token Holders. On the following map you can see in which countries our Token Holders live:

We have raised 55,569.45 of Ethereum. On the following map we show the breakdown of the raised funds.

We are really proud that we have token holders on every continent! In the near future, we plan to organize regular local meetups for our contributors. Active helpers are welcome!

2. Our Bounty program has been successfully concluded! Around 1,600 people participated in the various campaigns: Content, Bitcointalk Signatures; Bitcointalk Translations; Cindicator’s Challenge; Facebook and Twitter promotional campaigns.

We have received more than 200 applications for the content bounty and 72 applicants participated, providing us with 105 pieces of content. We would like to share some of them with you:

  1. Data Dash
  2. Storifier

Quick facts about other campaigns:

There were around 100 applications for the Translation campaign, and we received translations in 22 languages.

Thanks to the Cindicator Challenge campaign, 300 new forecasters were acquired.

Our ANN thread on Bitcointalk has 77 pages, and more than 1,500 posts. This is the result of growing interest in Cindicator, which was inspired by the Bounty program among other things.

All stakes have been calculated for the campaign. We strongly recommend that each participant checks his or her stakes and ETH address.

We remind you that for legal reasons, we can’t send the tokens to citizens or permanent residents of the USA and Singapore.

We will distribute bounty tokens after final confirmations after October 12 (lock-up event).

3. New chats policy.

More than 4,000 people joined our community as a result of the Token Sale, and we aim at increasing the quality of our mutual communication. Our official Telegram chat is not suited for that. Therefore, we decided to create a closed chat (maybe in Slack or another service) for the active members of our ecosystem: our forecasters and token holders. Very soon we will inform them how to join!

The official Telegram chat will remain open for everybody, but we will implement stricter moderation rules. This is necessary if we are to retain its value for all its members.

Next week we will publish an update on our technological and business roadmaps. Please stay tuned for detailed and up-to-date information!

Yours,

Cindicator Team!
