VC fund and angels invested $250K in Cindicator
Cindicator Company making forecasts for financial markets raised $250K from Starta Capital VC Fund, Nikolai Belykh and Yevgeny Medvednikov.
This was a pre-seed round of investment in the form of a convertible loan in exchange for 10% of the company shares. The investment raised will be used to cover the final stage of AaaS system (Analytics as a Service) development, planned to be publicly launched this year in September, and also to obtain new sales offers at the company’s core market (US).
From January till April 2016, the company participated in accelerator program at Starta Accelerator in New York. During the program, the company made a pivot from a business model of game media Vote to the currently existing financial & analytical service aimed at hedge funds and traders.
Cindicator mobile platform provides forecasts and generates signals for financial markets by connecting to the decentralised collective wisdom of the crowd. The service is available at AppStore.
