Thank you for putting this out there. I am a college student, I personally feel that now only is it good to have great communication skills but also to have a personality. When talking to someone wither it is a new boss or a co-worker you should be able to be yourself. People will like someone who is down to earth and not someone who has their head up their ass. Leaders who take that time to sit down and talk to people are more likely to be successful, the ones that won’t give the time of day usually find themselves in trouble. Great Article
