Nice Article Davina. I agree with you. I´m also a morning runner and other keypoint I would add to your magnific article is to have dinner earlier.

In Spain we tend to have dinner at 9.30–10.00 pm. I change this in my routine and I´m having dinner at 7.00 pm and it really helps you to go to bed earlier without your stomach full.
