Are you one of the 50,000 #lvmkt attendees this week? We’ve got some ideas on how to explore downtown Las Vegas this week.

Head To The Las Vegas Healing Garden

Pay your respects to the victims of the Las Vegas Shooting at a special healing garden that was built in only four days following the shooting. It is located at 1015 South Casino Center Boulevard. Need to grab lunch while you’re there? There are many restaurants nearby in the Las Vegas Arts District like Tacos Huevos or Cornish Pasty Co or grab coffee at Vesta.

Go Antiquing On Main Street

Near Main Street and Charleston, you’ll find unique antiquing shops.

Browse the shops along Main Street or grab lunch at places like Makers & Finders, Esther’s Kitchen or Casa Don Juan. Headed over after the show? Enjoy places nearby like the Velveteen Rabbit, ReBAR or Hop Nuts Brewing.

Take A Ride On The Nation’s First Self-Driving Shuttle Near Fremont East And Visit The Downtown Container Park

Head over the Fremont East and explore the area where Las Vegas truly began.

From old neon signs to unique eateries and bars like Le Thai, The Park On Fremont and Nacho Daddy, there is something for everyone.

Head down to Fremont and Ninth to catch a ride on the self-driving shuttle and then head into the Container Park, a shopping and entertainment district made entirely of old shipping containers.

Visit A Unique Piece Of Las Vegas Architecture And Take In The Mob Museum

The Mob Museum, which is listed as a top 20 museum on Trip Advisor’s top list of museums, is housed in the old U.S. Post Office that was built in 1933 and later used as a federal courthouse and home to some of the most notorious mob trials our country has ever seen.

The building has been beautifully preserved and is now home to The Mob Museum. Learn more about visiting this historic building here.
