Often people come to me with no clue where to start; usually feeling down about themselves and looking for quick fixes. I’m only too happy to help them out with the direction they need in their training and nutrition, alongside providing them with the mental boost they need to get started……however quick fixes just aren’t my style, so you won’t find any of that here!
