Agree 100%. Every 6 months we have the XYZ is going to diversify abc industry. It doesn’t matter if host, director, lead actor, singer is (fill in your undeserved group or ‘hot, in group’) it matters of its entertaining.

What I’ve seen of Jessica Williams is she is entertaining. I bet she is successful. But others I won’t name who were Grantland, Hollywood Reporter, Rolling Stone next best things because they checked a few boxes have faded because they were not funny, or entertaining, or interesting.
