I’d say this is a great article, but you already fucking know that. So I guess I’ll just comment on how this relates to me because isn’t that what all humans do anyway, right?

I think you more than hit the nail on the figurative head here. All to often I’ve watched some of the most inspirational/creative people around me fall into the grasps of consistent pay — never to create a cool fucking thing again.

I pride myself on the fact that I’ve yet to ever feel comfortable enough to be content which I suppose could lead to some mental instabilities down the road but I digress.. :)

People often hide behind the excuse that they couldn’t figure it out. When in all actuality –most– often make that assumption before ever actually putting forth any real effort.

Effort is hard; Humility hurts and the struggle is real. If you want to be good at something, you first have to accept that you fucking suck and then incrementally work through the shit.
