Sandra Wu has more than 13 years of professional legal experience and is currently Chief Counsel for Mercer Investments. She is a Securities & Corporate Law specialist and leads the Legal & Compliance team across 12 countries (Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Macau, China, Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Thailand). She also sits on the Marsh & McClennan Advisory Board of Mergers & Acquisitions Counsels. She was heavily involved in the pre and post token sale stages with CoinFi and Akropolis, both of which completely sold out in presale.
Sandra’s global experience and legal expertise will enable us to navigate the dynamic regulatory landscape for cryptocurrency. With her on board, we will be better equipped to comply with the rules and regulations of various jurisdictions, and have in place a robust risk management policies.
