We also continue to pivot our key recruitment, policies/programs, and talent development & engagement initiatives to embed inclusion — like higher women representation in interviews, the introduction of policies on child care & for people with disability, an inclusive insurance benefit, mentorship programs, women support group and our annual DIAL (Diversity, Inclusion, and Leadership) conference.”
