Can we make the “hard right” an easier decision?

In the Army, we often talk about requiring our leaders to make the “hard right” decision instead of the “easy wrong”. We are curious if there are ways to shape the culture or climate of our units to make the “hard rights” easier to make, ideally having more “easy right” decisions to be made by leadership, and hopefully making the wrong decisions harder to make.

The only ideas we have on how to do this are already in place throughout the Army; set the example, uphold standards, create a climate of respectful learning, etc….We are curious if anyone has any military or civillian examples where organizations were able to make tough calls for leaders easier to make?
