Once you have the required number of tokens, you need to do the whitelist registration in order to purchase. All tier holders need to do the whitelist registration, otherwise they will not be able to participate even if they hold the required amount of tokens.
Bronze and Iron Tiers can take their chances in the lottery levels while holders with less than 8 million CXPAD token can try their luck in the “First Come First Served” round.

Initial note: The graphics mean that the allocation for Diamond holder will be 8 times that of Silver holder. Platinum holder will be 4 times that of Silver holder, and Gold holder will be twice that of Silver holder.
The Bronze and Iron holders have 30% and 15% chance, respectively, to get an allocation in the lottery. If they are selected in the lottery, they can contribute as much as Silver holder.

IDO Token Allocations
Let’s take XcryptoX IDO as an example. Assuming that they are selling 1,000,000 tokens in the IDO.
A. If there are:
1. 20 Silver Members
2. 10 Gold Members
3. 5 Platinum Members
4. 3 Diamond members
B. The following calculations will be observed:
1. Silver Members have a weight of 1x,
2. Gold Members have a weight of 2x,
3. Platinum Members have a weight of 4x
4. And Diamond Members have a weight of 8x.
C. The combined weight of all the qualifying buyers in the abovementioned premise is:
1. For Silver: 20 members x 1 = 20
2. For Gold: 10 members x 2 = 20
3. For Platinum: 5 members x 4 = 20
4. For Diamond: 3 members x 8 = 24
Total combined weight: 84
D. The amount of tokens allocated to each “share” is
[1,000,000 (Total Number of Tokens) / 84 (Total combined weight)] = 11,904.7 or 11,905 rounded off (Share Amount)
E. The formula for the number of tokens allocated to a tier is as follows:

1. The number of tokens for Silver is 20 x 11,905 x 1 = 238,100 Tokens
2. The number of tokens for Gold is 10 x 11,905 x 2 = 238,100 Tokens
