Do you monitoring your stats on Desktop and Touch devices? How it goes?

I suppose, there should be BAD results for touch devices with Brotli -q11 setting due to slow decompression speed and weak CPU to decode it

Brotli’s sweetspot is -q9, according to https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/brotli/vignettes/brotli-2015-09-22.pdf

We just started using Brotli and we see very good stats on desktop platform and somewhat sinkhole in decode metric on touch devices
