It’s quite common that when faced with a stressful situation, many of us resort to hiding or simply giving up early on, only because we don’t want to try hard. What you must focus on is getting out of that comfort zone that you’ve dug yourself into. Don’t rely on self-doubt to walk out on a challenge. If you’re stressed about a situation, don’t give into the pressure. Discipline yourself and try to rely on your abilities.
