Earl, thanks for including me in the group. It has been a pleasure to get to know Earl of Nutella Sandwich. This month is a hard one. On August 15th it will one year since my husband John passed away. I have appreciated your support (and others) for my writing.

I loved (and still love) my husband so much. In my story I wrote in Kalkha. “I will wait for you, until we are reunited again.” Writing that story helped me to share the beauty of what we had. Writing, drawing and being creative helps me to release some of the grief.

I wish we could have a group chat. We discuss a piece of challenging work, concept or a writers block.
