You’ll Be Surprised How Much Money You’re Wasting On Contact Lenses

Contact lenses are little marvels of technology that have helped improve countless of people’s lives. But anyone who’s needed to purchase contact lenses knows that they don’t come without a price.

Sometimes, a hefty price.

The problem is that contact lenses are one of those commodities whose prices we don’t really question. We simply accept the fact the our bank accounts are going to take a hit, and move on with our lives.

We price shop for almost everything else we consume, so why not contact lenses?

The reality is that every minute you spend price shopping for contact lenses will be worth its weight in gold (if time had weight).

There are over a dozen websites out there where you can buy any given brand of contact lenses. Some you know very well, such as 1800contacts, and some you’ve probably never hear of, like Lens4Vision.

Just some of the places you can purchase contact lenses online.

The biggest mistake that people make is assuming that the prices are the same across all of these websites.

This could not be further from the truth!

What you pay on one contact lens website can easily be more than twice as much as what you would pay at another contact lens website for the exact same product!

Case in point:

On July 25th 2017, the price of the popular brand Air Optix Aqua was:

$49.99/box at 1800contacts.com
$14.94/box at Lens.com

For a year supply of contact lenses, this could mean that you’re overpaying by hundreds of dollars per year for your contacts.

How does that make you feel? It should upset you. When I caught onto this, it certainly upset me!

That’s why I started a contact lens price comparison site called Contacts Advice.

Finally, A Contact Lens Price Comparison Site

Contacts Advice removes every excuse for contact lens wearers to continue throwing their hard-earned money at greedy contact lens websites that price gouge you.

In a matter of seconds, you can locate the lowest price on the internet for your brand of contact lenses.

Hi, I’m Julie — Owner and Operator of Contacts Advice.

How does Contacts Advice make this possible? By doing price checks. Hundreds of them, across all the contact lens websites, and for every single brand.

And then…

I do it all over again. And again. And again. Every week I repeat the process to make sure prices stay up-to-date, soyou can always pay as little as possible for your contact lenses.

My Challenge to You

Look up how much you paid the last time you purchased contact lenses. Divide that price by the number of boxes you ordered. Then head over to Contacts Advice and look up your brand.

Compare the price/box that you paid versus the price/box you could have paid, and try not to be outraged. My guess is that for some of you, that will be difficult.

On the bright side, you will never over-pay for contact lenses again if you simply remember the two simple words: Contacts Advice (or bookmark my website).

Cheers!

Julie
