Okay, so I have been practicing yoga for around seven years now. I know the drill. For awhile I was good at it; the breathing and balancing, but it can still be quite a challenge at times. Today’s class was definitely a challenge. The lovely teacher kept reminding us to breathe in and breathe out. To be perfectly honest, breathing isn’t a strong suit on a good day; all that inhaling and exhaling is a lot to keep track of. And today, I have a sinus infection or something along these lines, so every time she had us breathe out, I’d attempt to exhale while also keeping all snot in my nostrils.
