Real homemade lemonade is natural and without dyes. Very, very tasty! And the recipe is the simplest!
Put the strawberries in a saucepan and add sugar:
Add mint (I had dry, but fresh is better suited) and put the pan on the stove:
Cook until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes after boiling:
Cool a little and put the berries in a blender, add lemon juice and grind into a puree:
This is the preparation of lemonade! Now you can put it in a container with a lid and put it in the refrigerator, or you can immediately make lemonade: just put the puree in a carafe:
And fill it with water. Carbonated or plain — whichever you like!
Stir and let stand for 5 minutes so that the foam settles. You can add ice to the decanter if you want.
