Cooking my favorite apple cookies.
I start eating and I can’t stop.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla. You can add a pinch of salt to the dough. Pour in the melted butter. And then mix well.
Then gradually add flour and baking powder, and mix everything well with a spoon. The dough should be thick.
I add apples and cinnamon grated on a coarse grater to the finished dough. It is better to take sour apples — so the cookies will taste better. Of course, I peel the skin of the apples — it is not needed here.
I put the cookies on a baking sheet at a small distance from each other. I use a special baking mat. You can take parchment or just put the cookies immediately on a greased baking sheet.
I put a baking sheet with cookies in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Cookies should be browned, but at the same time remain soft.
