Homemade cracker recipe: fragrant and crunchy.

The recipe is as simple and fast as possible. And you won’t have to wash the stove afterward. They are very tasty and fragrant!

It is very important to use good bread! Stale bread will not make delicious crackers. =)

We take the bread and cut off the crusts from it:

I bought today’s bread

Now we cut the bread into cubes. The size is at your discretion. The main thing is that it is convenient to eat.

I took not an ordinary knife, but with teeth at the end

In a bowl, pour the most ordinary vegetable oil (although I love olive oil, here I took sunflower) and add salt, pepper, dry garlic, and herbs to it. Stir with a fork;

We put the pieces of bread in a large dish and pour oil with spices. Mix very well:

I mix it with my hands, it’s more convenient this way)

They say you can put bread in a bag, add spices and shake. I didn’t try it because my bread crumbled too much. I was afraid that it would fall apart completely =)

Spread the bread on a baking sheet:

very fragrant

Put in a preheated 180-degree oven and cook for 10–15 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven and the size of the pieces.

The result is such delicious crackers in the oven:

Ingredients:

  • bread — 1 piece
    • sunflower oil — about 80 ml.
    • salt — 1/2 tsp
    • red pepper (paprika) — 1/2 tsp
    • dry garlic — 1 tsp
    • dry aromatic herbs — 1 tsp.
