I’m showing you how I cook new potatoes.
A cool recipe for young potatoes, which I have been using for many years. Fast, incredibly simple, and delicious!
Potatoes are very well washed so that not a drop of dirt remains on them! And we roll the wet potatoes in flour:
We put it in a baking dish and put it in a preheated oven. Cook at 180 gr. for about 60 minutes. The exact time depends on the size of the potatoes!
While we are waiting, we will prepare the sauce: finely chopped fresh dill, and salt, and add garlic and butter. Mix thoroughly.
Now we take our potatoes out of the oven.
Carefully cut the potatoes into 2 halves and put the butter sauce on top. We do all this at once while the potatoes are still hot.
A very simple and delicious recipe!
