My “branded” cheesecakes in sour cream sauce.
I have already tried a million recipes and ready-made cheesecakes in restaurants and cafes. My homemade ones are the most delicious!
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, sugar, and salt. Punch with an immersion blender until smooth:

Rice flour for cheesecakes is PERFECT! Yes, it costs a little more than usual, but the taste will be very different from cheesecakes with wheat flour.
Pour a little more rice flour on a flat dish (for boning cheesecakes):
And now the most interesting thing is the formation of a cheesecake.
We take the dough and form a small cake with our hands. We put it on a dish with flour, cover it with a glass, and twist it:
10 seconds. We raise it — we have a beautiful smooth cheesecake!
