I wash the cherries, dry them slightly and remove the bones from them:
We take two bowls: we break the eggs into one and whisk them into a fluffy white foam. It’s faster, of course, to do it with a mixer:
In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients for the dough: flour + sugar + milk + melted butter + vanilla sugar + cognac:
Mix so that there are no lumps in the dough. Then add the beaten eggs to the dough and mix gently with a spatula:
We take a baking dish (I have an oval one), lubricate it with oil, and sprinkle it with flour. Pour out the dough:
