Say “****it” to your New Year’s resolution

Oh, January. You’re a bit hard to love.
It’s cold and dark when you look outside — and pretty cold and dark (and empty) when I look inside my wallet too.
Going back to work feels like a bad joke where someone forgot the punchline.
And yet we choose this time of year to totally change our bad habits! If it was tough to get myself down to the gym through all of 2014, it sure feels even tougher right now.
You’ve got to admire our bravery (or madness?) as a human race, when we try to take on new resolutions at the hardest time of the year.
But here’s a piece of good news. We’ve got the perfect thing to say to your healthy eating New Year’s resolution… **** it!
