Important announcement. ICO CopPay starts on October 30

The CopPay management team has decided to postpone the start of the ICO by two weeks, meaning it will now commence on October 30 and last until November 30 in favour of contributors to COP tokens.

There are a number of reasons why.

Firstly owing to the upcoming hard fork affecting the Ethereum blockchain around October 16/17. We want to provide an opportunity for contributors to calmly go through this period and to reconsider the results of hard fork.

Secondly we need more time to acquaint contributors and the community with the idea of the CopPay project and the working version of the terminal.
