Integration with Coras will allow SeatGeek’s clients to reach new audiences

LONDON, UK and DUBLIN, IRELAND (3 October, 2019) — SeatGeek Enterprise today announced that its clients will now be able to easily sell their tickets across leading online travel sites, including Ryanair. Through a partnership with Dublin-based Coras, SeatGeek Enterprise Clients can reach hundreds of millions of travelers each year, providing powerful new channels to gain incremental sales and reach new customers.

SeatGeek’s UK-based clients — which range from the Premier League to the West End — will be able to easily sell primary inventory via the Coras platform on a growing number of distribution partners, especially in the travel space. All of digital sales of primary ticket inventory can be managed by SeatGeek’s SRO technology and its open distribution network.

In September, SeatGeek announced the launch of its SeatGeek Open product in the UK, giving its clients the ability to directly sell tickets in additional places with no need for additional software or integrations. Coras is one of the first partners to integrate with the SeatGeek Open UK ecosystem.

“We’re excited to partner with SeatGeek so that its clients can sell tickets through a network of the world’s biggest online brands,” said Mark McLaughlin, CEO of Coras. “Consumers want to be able to purchase the tickets they want through the sites they already use, and now our travel partners can now offer customers tickets for Premier League Football or Major League Soccer that match their travel destination and dates.”

Founded in 2016, Coras has quickly made a name for itself as the leading distribution technology provider in the ticketing space, by enabling major online brands to sell tickets for the best events and activities through a single API connection.

“It’s amazing to work with a company like Coras, who sees the value of an open ticketing ecosystem that benefits customers and clients alike,” said Lee Moulton, SeatGeek’s Director of Partnerships. “Thanks to our integration with Coras the selection of SeatGeek Open distribution partners continues to grow, giving our clients the opportunity to reach new customers.”
