Day 17 — I fixed it, then broke it again.
I repeat — I fixed my code then broke it again. It’s kind of frustrating, but at the same time it’s forcing me to pay attention to detail. The more I read more code, the more it reads like plain English.
I have always vaguely used the word hacking, but I’m starting to truly understand what it means. It’s more than just throwing a bunch of different code together — it’s making sure you understand the logic behind the code while twisting and pulling it together to fit your needs.
Not everyone’s code is going to look the same, but often, it will have the same result (as long as they have the same intended goal at the end).
