I totally agree on the contractual part of it. But to be honest did you ever read the fine prints on the airline ticket? So just because it’s on the fine print then he has no recourse for the brutality? But how about the airline’s option which by FAA rule it’s max at $1350? So it’s ok for United to ingore that but not ok for the doc to ignore the fine print? Also did United max out their offer before forcibly remove paid customer and claims they’ve “exhausted all options” to find volunteer?
And what does someone’s criminal pass has to do with this incident? Are you implying because of his record, which has nothing to do with fling or disobedient on air travel, should justify what happened? How about if your boss doc your pay check because you was late on returning some books to the library?
