Remember when you used to spend every school breaktime perfecting the ultimate handstand? Well why not step back in time?
The handstand is a great way to improve the strength and hence tone your shoulders, back arms and ultimately your core / abs.
Here at Cotswold Women we have come up with a fun and interactive challenge for all the family …The Handstand Challenge. The aim of this challenge is to share a video or photo of you doing a handstand on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter with the #cotswoldwomencan and then tag 2 female friends that you think will be game for a challenge / laugh. You can either leave it there or revisit it each week to see if you can challenge yourself to do it again but for longer or straighter.
