Everyday is a vacation when you practice mindfulness. It started in my car. I asked my mind to see everything moving. I started with just a couple, expanding to uncountable thousands. Then I began hearing movement in birdsong and wind and random conversations. Life is HUGE and perceivable in all directions when you’re in The Now.

The best thing is seeing things you never knew were there everywhere.
