This is so true GV. I think the fear of others opinions hits designers especially hard.

We’re putting our heart (our work) out on the chopping block for anyone to take a whack at. I know for myself as a 32 year old designer I battle the inner voice everyday. Probably my largest challenge on the self-awareness front.

In an interesting way the world of social media has been a opportunity for me to challenge that fear and get out in the world more consistently. Thanks man, great post!
