Creating a diet plan for what we take in daily is a great idea. We view to much an never create enough back. When we fall into this annoying cycle it drains us instead of learning we are only consuming. One does not gain knowledge by only consumption alone if that was possible we would all be super genius.
Applying what we have consumed is where knowledge comes from.
I fall to that consumption cycle way to often so I did create a diet plan, and rules of creation to follow. When spending an hour of your time reading article after article take a few more minutes to respond. Build off of the information you consumed.
This was simple but thought provoking article great job man. I’d imagine a lot of people feel fat with content overload.
