
Greg has set some great goals and here is the work he’s going to do to achieve them in conjuction with his training at CrossFit Newcastle.
He’s after a score of 150+ reps with the following workout;
4mins Over the Bar Burpees
4mins Cleans@60kg
4mins Push-ups
He’s also chasing a sub 5:00 min 1km run at the end of that workout.

Every Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday this is Greg’s routine;
Max reps in 2mins: Push-ups
Max reps in 2mins: Burpee
Max reps in 2mins: Lateral Jumps
And he’s going to repeat that routine for 3 more times [4 total]as many times as possible throughout the day.

Again, this is all in conjunction with the Daily Workout at CrossFit Newcastle and doesn’t take the place of Gym work at all.
