Thanks for sharing. I often get muscle cramps in my hands and legs — so badly that my toes will involuntarily point upwards to the point where yiu think they may break.
Here is a tip that has helped me… An old college wrestling coach told me that when a cramp comes on, eat a heaping tblsp of plain YELLOW MUSTARD.
But!!! It WORKS. In under a minute the cramp subsides and is gone.
