Any good tips for how you structure your days to get the most out of them?

For me, I’ve always been a morning person. I start off my day with a 6am WOD at my local CrossFit box. That pretty much sets the tone for the day. I’m alert and productive.

I have specific times I work on client work and certain times I work on my business. I put my phone away so I’m not tempted to look at it and I also close out any distracting tabs during “work time”.

I have a dog so I take her out at the same time every day, which also provides me my breaks.
