Enhanced Platinum Referral Rewards Program Launches

One Referral Code for All Your Social Media Feeds

Today, we are enhancing the Platinum Referral Reward Program.

Redesign: The Referrals & Cashback page has been redesigned to include the universal referral code, the number of people referred, and the total earned from Referral Commission, Card Cashback, and Crypto Wallet Cashback. There is also a new ‘information’ icon on the top right corner of ‘Referrals & Cashback’ for quick access to the Platinum Referral Reward program FAQs.

Universal Referral Code Now Available: The Crypto.com Wallet & Card App now has a universal referral code for the Platinum Referral Reward program that allows users to easily invite friends to sign up for the App. The code, generated in the App, is permanent and unique only to the user, who can use it to share on social media or messaging apps (via the code or link).

How it works:

• Gift Icon for Rewards: From the Wallet App home screen, users tap on the “gift” icon at the top right corner to see the referral code.
• Copy and Share: Choose “Copy Referral Link” to share on a preferred channel or platform or send a direct invitation by tapping on the ‘share’ icon button.
• Friends Download App and Register: Friends who receive the code/link can proceed to download the App and key in the referral code upon confirming their email.

Please Note:

MCO Token Card Lock Up/Staking Required: Users need to lockup or stake MCO Tokens to enjoy the Platinum Referral Rewards (sign-up bonus giveaway and referral commissions).

Sign-Up Bonus: Once the universal referral code is shared publicly, the sign-up bonuses will be on a first-come-first-served basis.

Three Days to Enter Referral Code: New users that have registered in the App have 3 days to key in the friend’s referral code (Settings/Referral Code) .

Upgrade Tier — Fresh Referrals: With tier upgrade, users will have a new set of sign-up bonuses to share and a revised referral commission percentage. (e.g. If Amy previously shared all 5 sign-up bonuses and has 10% referral commission while having 50 MCO Tokens locked for the Ruby Steel card, she will now have 10 sign-up bonuses to share and 15% referral commission after she upgrades and locks up 500 MCO Tokens for a Jade Green card.)

Sign-up bonuses are not accumulated with each continued lockup or tier upgrade. (e.g. If Amy has 50 MCO Tokens locked and she has never given away the sign-up bonuses before, she will have 5 bonuses to share when she continues to lock up for the same tier.)

Referrals need to pass KYC to claim the sign-up bonus and for their referrers to get referral commission.

Crypto.com’s MCO Platinum Referral Rewards program perks remain unchanged. It offers up to US$10,000 sign-on bonus per cardholder and up to 25% of all net fees collected on their referred friend’s cryptocurrency transactions. For more details, visit: https://www.crypto.com/en/wallet
