Apeiron is the world’s first NFT-based God Game. In an attempt to win over the crypto gaming community, its unique design combines a play-to-earn model, NFTs, a tri-token economy and planetary god game-based play.
Their team recently announced that their first Stars NFT presale would take place on October 18, 2022. This article will explain what Stars are and how to participate in the Presale.

What are Apeiron Stars?
Apeiron Stars can be compared to ‘Lands’, a similar term used in other NFT blockchain games. In the Apeiron system, each Star has one or more “Orbital Tracks”. These Orbital Tracks are spots where players can “park” their Planets to access the Star’s boosts, such as ageing boosts. Player’s Planets, in essence, orbit the Stars in order to age and gain experience and rewards. Players can also rent out their empty Orbital Tracks to other players and earn rewards for doing so.
Inside the Apeiron game, the faster a Planet ages, the quicker the player will unlock more Relic slots. These spots can then be used to insert Relics into the Planet, allowing you to power up your EDEN and Avatar.
Inside the Apeiron universe, only 11,498 Stars will exist. Each Star will be ranked on rarity in one of 11 different tiers. The rarer the tier, the more Orbital Tracks the Star will have, giving the player more opportunity for passive income.
These Stars will be critical for competitive players, as they will improve the Planet’s ageing process while also becoming a passive yield generation tool for investors. Stars will also form the basis for all Zodiac Alliances. Planets can join these Alliances by simply orbiting around a Star.
The best Stars are those in the highest tier. These Stars will have the most Orbital Tracks and more substantial ageing boosts. This will allow Alliances to have more members, with those members being able to access the stronger boosts. This will be critical for helping these players compete in the Alliance events. Good performance in the Alliance events will allow users to generate $RNGU for all participating Star and Planet owners within the Alliance.
Stars will also be customisable via Astronomical NFTs. These unique customisation objects orbit Stars and provide passive benefits such as increasing the number of Orbital Tracks a Star may have. Astronomical objects will have different forms, like asteroids, comets, supernovas, and even suns.
The Presale announced it would contain only 473 Stella Tabula chests, with less than 200 spots left on the whitelist. These chests contain 1x Star NFT from the Axis Mundi Region and multiple Astronomical NFTs.
As already mentioned in this piece, in addition to passively boosting Players Planets, Stars will also serve as the foundations of all Alliances. Each Star in an Alliance will add ten more slots to the membership cap of the Alliance.
Stars will also be divided into Constellations. Constellations can be Major or Minor, with Major Constellations containing more Stars of higher rarity and Minor Constellations comprising more Stars of lower rarity.
Players can team up with their friends, and if they can successfully collect all of the Stars from a single Constellation, they’ll be able to unlock even more passive benefits for their Planets. Full completion of a Constellation results in powerful gameplay buffs, boosted Orbital Tracks and bonuses for all Star and Planets within the Constellation.
Passive Income Streams
Passive income has been developed to be a significant part of the Apeiron Ecosystem. The Stars within the game can produce numerous forms of passive income for players, for both the Star owner and the Planet owner. Planet owners can see the value of their Planet increase from the ageing boosts given by the Stars. Players will also gain access to Guild vs Guild and Guild vs Environment experience and rewards.
The Apeiron Stars gain their own benefits in the form of $APRS and $RNGU tokens from their orbiting Planets.
Another form of passive income for Star owners is renting their Orbital Tracks. Apeiron states that a fully boosted Star can obtain approximately 108% to 1231% annual ROI. This will be achieved by renting out the Orbital Tracks of the Star. The more tracks a Star has, the more they will be able to rent out.
Furthermore, higher-powered Stars will be able to charge more for the rental of their Orbital Tracks due to the added bonuses the spots will give.
