What is Blocksquare?

Blocksquare creates a system so that everyone will be able to buy tokens specific commercial properties and benefit from increases in value and passive income.

Blocksquare builds a plug & play collection of protocols, APIs and tools for processing commercial real estate tokenization.

What distinguishes Blocksquare from existing projects?

The aim of Blocksquare is to develop a plug-and-play solution for companies that want to build platforms to offer tokenized property investments via blockchain. The difference between Blocksquare and other real estate projects is therefore that Blocksquare does not develop its own platform for handling properties. The partner platforms that work together with Blocksquare don’t need to think about the underlying blockchain architecture layer, because this is solved with the help of the blockquare framework.

How does the Blocksquare system work?

Partner platforms integrate blocksquare and use the provided tokenization framework. Validators then check the tokenization proposal and confirm its validity. After the real estate-specific Smart Contract (PropToken contract) has been implemented in the Ethereum network, the issued PropTokens can be traded and exchanged on the decentralized marketplace of Blocksquare.

What is the BST token and why is it needed?

BST tokens are ERC20 tokens that power the Blocksquare protocol. They
are needed to participate in PropToken Generation Events and pay the generated rent.

In addition, BST tokens are required by online real estate partners for licensing purposes in order to use the Blocksquare protocol and, for example, to create tokenize real estate and PropToken Generation Events (PTGEs).

About the BST token sale

The total number of BST tokens is 100 million. The BST tokens are sold in a multi-series token sales model. It consists of presale, series A, series B and future sales rounds (C, D, E…). This approach enables long-term growth by allowing for a gradual extension of the runway in the real estate sector. The first round of sales, the presale is currently in progress.
