Make Money During Bear Crypto Market
Previously on my monthly crypto market analysis, I have stated that we are in a bear market. Many people now have eyes on Bitcoin technical analysis of the death cross. In my mind, that information is relevant because the overall market sentiment is bearish. There are no new money coming into the market and people that are already in the market are getting out. So how do you make money in this current state? By comparing Fiat and Bitcoin dominance.
Woah! What does that even mean? Bitcoin dominance dictate whether bitcoin is growing more or less than the altcoins. Which is why Bitcoin is the stable currency to trade in crypto. Depending on what is money to investors, converting back to fiat is the most conventional way of trading, at this moment at least. So imagine now, bitcoin prices drops and dominance rises, that means you just leveraged your fiat to buy even cheaper altcoins than holding bitcoin. Just like bull market, in bear market there is intra-market cycles. The market drops sharply, and rebounce every now and then, so you’ll have opportunity to buy the dip and sell at a decent profit.
