CryptoZoo: Genesis Smart Contract Update:
While we anticipated some community traction, we definitely didn’t expect 11,000 new holders within 1 week of our announcement of CryptoZoo. This is an amazing accomplishment and we’re so happy with the positivity around the community.
First and foremost we’d like to thank everyone for being patient while we’ve been working diligently on our smart contract upgrade, we’re finally happy to announce that the work has been completed, and we have successfully done the following:
What we have been upgrading:
- Contract Pause: The Zoo Token Contract (ending in e997) was paused on August 26th.
- Snapshot of ZOO holders was taken: A snapshot was taken shortly after we paused the Zoo token contract, to ensure that v2 ZOO holders will be getting a 1:1 airdrop once the upgraded contract is rolled out.
- The Airdrop begins: The airdrop will take place immediately after liquidity has been added to the pool.
- Liquidity Being Supplied: This is being done via an extraction of the current v1 Zoo liquidity pool and the will be migrated to v2 Zoo liquidity pool.
- ETH bridge will be deployed This will allow holders to access our built-in user interface allowing you to move over your ZOO tokens to the Ethereum blockchain, and back to the Binance Smart Chain as you please.
Updates the smart contract will be supporting
We have heard the community and understand that the barrier to entry on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) has been prohibitive for some, so we’re taking actionable steps to ensure full interoperability and functionality across both Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain, not only for the $ZOO token itself but also for the game that is built completely on-chain (with more chains to come in the future). We aim to make CryptoZoo the most accessible blockchain game in the world.
The new smart contract will be supported by our upcoming (ZOO Swap) Bridge. More details are forthcoming — look for additional information in our projected roadmap.
PLEASE BE AWARE: MAKE SURE TO ONLY INTERACT WITH THE CURRENT V2 ZOO TOKEN AND NOTHING ELSE, MAKE SURE YOU ARE ADDING THE CORRECT TOKEN CONTRACT ADDRESS IN YOUR WALLET THAT WILL BE POSTED ON ALL OF OUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS, INCLUDING DISCORD, TELEGRAM, TWITTER AND INSTAGRAM.
