I work with a skeleton crew in pediatric trauma. Forgetting to eat — or not having enough time to eat — is a normal occurrence in my hectic, busy life. I poured two scoops of the Cocoa Crunch into milk and mixed it together in a shaker cup. You can mix it with water instead, but I recommend using milk for a thicker consistency and some extra calories. There were no unmixed globs left floating anywhere, but there are tiny cereal pieces which are an awesome addition! However, the drink tasted slightly more like a milkshake instead of the bottom of a cereal bowl… which I like. It’s also extremely filling!
