Once again, someone who did not read, or at least did not understand the memo, tries to use points that support Demore’s view to prove him wrong. The fact there are more women in Psychology, Nursing, Pediatrics, etc., while fewer in Tech, Engineering, is more evidence they are CHOOSING different fields based on their strengths and preferences as a population, which of course says nothing about any individual within any field.
