An absolutely cracking morning from the city. What an action packed day we are in stall for today. If Friday night Leadership is anything to go by this is going to be out of this world.

Thought i would get your day started with something from Executive Diamond Wayne Callander. I had the pleasure of meeting Wayne last night. Wayne is from New York via the West Indies and he has an incredible story. You will find that out today. Wayne said last night that Association is the most powerful thing on planet earth. Who you associate with you indeed become. Where and who you spend your time with tells an awful lot about a person and where they are headed. He also said reading great books is like having a personal conversation with yourself. A personal conversation that can totally transform you on the inside if you just embrace it. It can lead you to wherever you want to go. Most people avoid this. Most people watch tv which takes them to exactly that (the television).

The challenge today is find out where you want to go. Look around the room and say wow look at this Association. Look at who im hanging out with today. Where can this possibly take me???

The answer to that question is wherever you want to go. Decide where that is and remember whether you decide or you dont decide you only get 1 life…….
