1500 applications to ignite the Virgin spirit or enterprise in the next generation.

Culture Group worked with Virgin Media Pioneers and Virgin Unite to launch ‘The Project’. The brief was to ignite the Virgin spirit of enterprise in the next generation and provide opportunities for young people to help themselves towards better career prospects. Culture Group ran the whole project for Virgin Media Pioneers.

1500 applications were whittled down to 100 hopefuls who will compete for the chance to be one of the ‘Final 10′ whose role it will have 6 weeks to put together the final event at the ‘Royal Opera House’ in London. The process involved organisation of group training sessions, one-to-ones with successful entrepreneurs, earning qualifications and receiving paid work experience.
