Good write-up. While I understand the frustration — especially when these interview experiences are packed together in time — I’d consider them as having done you a brilliant favor. They told you from the interview experience that their culture would probably not be an environment that you’d enjoy.

I’ve clicked through to your work and you’ve done some really nice stuff, and you document it very thoroughly. Start a venture. Find a venture that needs someone scrappy, driven and inventive. Forget about BigCompany X — they’re ruining the tech culture.

Hang in there man — ultimately your success and happiness will be more satisfying than trying to memorize theoretical algorithms to earn a chair in a role destined for burn-out.
